Isn't That Something?
As we witness the world entering into unpresented times, it becomes overwhelming to see and hear of the heartbreaking impact of war and the uncertain impending economic impact
It is essential to do all we can to stay in balance by all means necessary
I try to keep my spiritual practice simple each day I start each day with a prayer of Thank you
I sit in silence and just listen
I say prayers for all the people in my life and for our world to find a pathway to peace
And I talk with my soul companions regularly throughout the week.
Spring is underway and the trees are beginning to awaken from a long cold winter in the Northern Hemisphere To take time to notice the green shoots emerging from the ground that will soon become plants and flowering bushes is an awesome daily practice of hope and renewal
As my dear Jimmy Hodges said “The same force in nature is in you! You are not separate from it ! Isn’t that something!? “
Do your best to broaden your vision and recognize the true nature of you and what is growing and emerging. What nutrients you need to foster your growth? What needs to be pruned from your life in order for you to grow more healthily?
This is a way we begin to heal ourselves and hopefully each day just by raising your vibration through prayer, gratitude, appreciation and being mindful we can begin to effect the real changes that we all desire
which is to live peacefully
and please continue to give thanks for this day of life!

What an inspiring and timely reminder of presence, renewal and peace. I often think about the J. Hodges story you share about the seeds we plant in the ground... and how we can't will the flower to grow, we just have to nurture and trust! Love you (((Terrie)))
